About
These sessions are designed to take place outdoors in the Lindsay, Ontario area, proudly serving our local community in a fun, engaging, and supportive environment. Training is offered in small group settings of 2–6 players, creating the ideal balance between individualized attention and group interaction, where players can learn not only from coaching but also from each other. The more players who join each session, the lower the cost becomes for everyone involved.
While these are not one-on-one sessions, they are carefully structured around the needs of all participants. Training content can be general or specific depending on what the players want to focus on—whether that’s ball control, shooting, passing, footwork, or overall confidence on the ball. Coaches work to understand each player’s goals and build sessions that address those needs within the group setting.
In addition, sessions can be progression-based, meaning each training builds off the previous one. This allows players to develop consistency, track improvement over time, and gradually advance their skills in a structured way rather than starting fresh each session.
The goal is to create an environment where every player feels supported, challenged, and motivated while steadily improving through purposeful, well-planned training.
